If you cancel or otherwise end your Baiws services and wish to retain and operate your website independently, you are responsible for arranging the migration of your WordPress website to another compatible hosting provider before your Baiws hosting or related services end. This includes selecting a new provider, establishing any necessary accounts or services, and making or arranging the migration. Baiws will not prevent you from migrating an eligible website solely because your subscription has been cancelled.

You are responsible for ensuring that any third-party software, plugins, themes, licences, integrations, domains, email services, or other services required after migration are appropriately licensed, configured, transferred, renewed, or replaced where necessary.

Certain Baiws services and platform functionality require an active paid subscription. This includes, where applicable, AI-powered website editing, website analytics, SEO tools, platform-managed updates, and other Baiws-specific tools, services, integrations, or functionality. These services may cease to be available when your subscription ends or your website is migrated away from Baiws.

Cancellation or migration does not affect your ownership rights in the underlying WordPress website and content to the extent those rights belong to you, but it does not transfer ownership of, or grant continuing rights to, any third-party or Baiws technology, services, software, or materials beyond the rights provided under their applicable licences or terms.

21. Free Trial

Baiws may provide users with a website that can be used to try the Baiws service free of charge, with no payment card required.

The free trial does not have a fixed end date. Users may continue to access their trial website and use the features made available under the free offering for as long as Baiws continues to provide that free level of service.

Certain features, usage limits, tools, or services may only be available with a paid subscription. This may include, where applicable, additional AI editing, analytics, SEO tools, increased usage limits, advanced features, and other Baiws services.

No payment will be taken unless you actively choose to upgrade to a paid subscription and provide the required payment details.

Baiws may amend the features, limits, or availability of the free offering from time to time in accordance with these Terms.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
